What is the Hot Mess Express?

Dr. Veruca Valdez hosts the Hot Mess Express podcast in which she offers some tough love and professional advice on various mental health topics, interviews guests, and answers listener's questions. She stresses the importance of self-care, mindfulness, and letting go of perceptions holding them back.

It's also the name of the Stand-Alone Chick-Lit series where the main characters are dealing with emotional wounds, thinking errors, or have other valid reasons for needing the counsel of a professional therapist.

I loved Kiss and Dwell! It was sweet, lighthearted, uplifting, romantic, and very well written! I loved the music references scattered throughout the book and want to listen to a Kiss&Dwell playlist. :) I also loved watching the main characters learn and grow as the story developed and I could really relate to their experiences. Soquel is a master storyteller and I thoroughly enjoyed -and highly recommend- this book! ~ KT
